Such weather conditions may affect the operation of energy, construction, and utility companies as well as transportation. It is worth noting that the next week will start with coolness and rain, but from Thursday, October 30, warming and clearing are expected across most of Ukraine.

In this context, it should be noted that on Wednesday, October 29, the air temperature in the highlands of the Carpathians dropped to -3°C, and the snow cover reached up to 80 cm in some areas.

Forecasters warned about possible gusts of wind in the western, northern, and Vinnytsia regions of Ukraine and emphasized the impact of weather conditions on the operation of enterprises and transportation. Changes in the weather are expected next week, starting from October 30.
