In Kyiv, on May 9 and 10, the movement of a number of buses and one trolleybus route will be temporarily changed due to the food fairs taking place in various districts of the city. The restrictions will be in effect from the start of transport operation until the completion of the fairs. This is reported by Kyivpasstrans.

Which routes will change in Kyiv on May 9

On Friday, the changes will affect buses No. 2, 6, 37D, 39, 44, 49, 87, 95, 110 and trolleybus No. 34.

Bus No. 2 will operate without a stop at Vydradnyi Avenue, while route No. 6 will temporarily bypass Liskivska and Radunska Streets.

Bus No. 37D will run from the 'Lisova' metro station only to the Red Kalyna Avenue.

Route No. 39 will change its movement scheme in the area of Lysogirska and Raketna Streets.

Partially, the routes of buses No. 44, 49, 87, 95, and 110 will be changed in the areas of Berezniaky, Rusanyvsky Sady, and Troieshchyna.

Trolleybus No. 34 will operate from Pivnichna Street only to Stepan Bandera Avenue.

What changes will be in effect on May 10

On Saturday, the movement of buses No. 31, 110 and 112 will be temporarily changed.

Bus No. 31 will operate via Beresteiskyi Avenue, Hetiariivska, Belaruska, and Tatarska Streets.

Routes No. 110 and No. 112 will temporarily go through Ivan Mykytienko, Syrozhupanovykh and Ihor Yukhnovskyi streets after Raidozhna Street.

The restrictions are associated with the food fairs being held on Holosiivska, Liskivska, Jordan, Tatarska, and other streets of the capital.

In Kyiv, similar changes in public transport movement are regularly implemented on weekends due to fairs and mass events. Most often, restrictions apply to routes in the city's sleeping districts.

For Kyiv residents, this means possible delays in public transport and changes in usual routes during May 9-10.

We remind you that the capital launched another 20 modern low-floor buses purchased in Turkey within the framework of an agreement with the European Investment Bank.
