Ukrainians can receive 10800 hryvnias from the UN: who is eligible for payments

The UN will pay Ukrainians emergency assistance: who and how can receive 3600 hryvnias per month
Громадяни України можуть отримати фінансову допомогу в розмірі 10 800 гривень від ООН: які категорії мають право на цю підтримку.

Ukrainians have been informed that the United Nations has launched a financial support program that will allow them to receive 3600 hryvnias per month for three months. This assistance is aimed at internally displaced persons, individuals who have returned to Ukraine, and families affected by military actions.

As reported by 'Hvylya', this is stated on the official website of UNHCR.

The financial support is paid once every three months for a total amount of 10800 hryvnias, which is 3600 hryvnias per month. The funds can be issued to a bank card or through the Western Union system at the recipient's discretion.

Among those who may be eligible for payments are those who were forced to relocate within the country, returned from abroad due to the war, as well as internally displaced persons. To receive the assistance, families must meet certain criteria, including having minors, individuals over 55, disabled persons or people with serious health issues, and the absence of humanitarian aid for the last three months. Emergency payments are also provided for those affected by the war.

To receive assistance, certain documents are required, which can be submitted online or at agency offices. It is important to consider that payments are not provided to those who receive assistance from other organizations, and family incomes are verified.

The updated UN financial support program provides the opportunity to receive assistance for vulnerable groups affected by the ongoing war in Ukraine. The criteria for receiving payments are determined based on needs and the socio-economic conditions of families. The assistance is aimed at alleviating the financial burden and improving the living conditions of people who find themselves in a difficult situation due to the war.
