The government of Ukraine has made a decision to introduce monitoring of soybean and rapeseed exports to protect honest producers. According to the new Order, the Ministry of Economy will verify the compliance of exported volumes with those grown, as indicated in the registry. If discrepancies are found, expert conclusions will be canceled.
The resolution has several goals, such as ensuring transparency in administering export duty exemptions, preventing abuses, creating equal competitive conditions, and supporting Ukrainian agricultural producers.
