On Monday, Ukraine will be hit by rain: where and when to expect the heaviest downpours

The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center forecasts that on October 13, the weather in Ukraine will be cloudy with rain. Light precipitation is expected in the west and south of the country, while there will be no precipitation in the southeast. The wind will predominantly be from the northwest at a speed of 7-12 m/s, with gusts of up to 15-20 m/s possible in some areas of the northeast at night.

In the Kyiv region and in the capital, light rain is also expected. The wind in these areas will be northwest at a speed of 7-12 m/s. The temperature at night will range from 3 to 8° Celsius, and during the day from 7 to 12°; in Kyiv, it is expected to be from 4 to 6° Celsius at night and from 10 to 12° during the day.

Forecaster Natalka Didenko reminded that in October, one can expect sunshine and warmth. «There will still be warming, October has high degrees and sunshine in store. However, do not forget about warm clothes and caution on the road, especially when driving in fog!»
