According to glavcom.ua: The 'NS-OIL' oil depot in the Ulyanovsk region of Russia has suffered a full-scale raid, resulting in serious damage. Local media has reported that the number of hits exceeds five.
According to local media, the plant was hit more than five times.
The oil refinery, which produces gasoline, diesel fuel, and heating oil, has sustained significant damage as a result of these attacks. It is known that the plant has a capacity of up to 600,000 tons per year.
