The Pension Fund established a new requirement for retirement age
Досвід життя українських пенсіонерів: як це впливає на їхню повсякденність.

The head of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, Yevhen Kapinus, reported that the average duration of insurance experience among Ukrainian pensioners is over 37.5 years. He noted that achieving the necessary insurance experience to receive a pension at the age of 60 is quite realistic, even with the annual increase in the duration of experience.

According to Kapinus's statements, by 2025, one needs to have at least 32 years of insurance experience to receive a pension at the age of 60. Gradually, this requirement will increase, and by 2028, pensioners at the age of 60 will need at least 35 years of insurance experience. The head of the Pension Fund emphasized that to achieve this duration of experience before reaching retirement age (60 years), one must start working and making insurance contributions no later than 25 years.

Ukrainian pensioners have an average insurance experience of over 37.5 years, and the standards for receiving a pension at the age of 60 will continuously rise, reaching 35 years of experience by 2028.
