New cars - new plates: how to register in 10 days

According to hvylya.net: If you have bought a new car, remember that you have only 10 days to register it. The procedure can be completed at any MVS service center, not necessarily at the place where you are registered.
To register, you must have: a passport or ID card with a registration mark, tax identification code, a document confirming ownership, and a certificate of conformity. After that, you will receive a registration certificate and license plates.
Remember that cars purchased from dealerships may have temporary license plates for traveling to the MVS service center for official registration. Be responsible and register your vehicle on time!
