Russia's Losses in the War as of October 1, 2025
Updated data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shows the losses of Russian occupiers as of the morning of October 1, 2025.
According to glavcom.ua: As of October 1, in the war with Ukraine, Russia has suffered the following losses:
- personnel - about 1,111,480 (+920) persons;
- tanks - 11,223 (+1) units;
- armored fighting vehicles - 23,294 (+3) units;
- artillery systems - 33,324 (+13) units;
- MLRS - 1,505 (+0) units;
- air defense systems - 1,224 (+0) units;
- aircraft - 427 (+0) units;
- helicopters - 346 (+0);
- tactical-level UAVs - 65,552 (+249);
- cruise missiles - 3,790 (+0);
- ships / boats - 28 (+0);
- submarines - 1 (+0);
- motor vehicles and fuel tankers - 63,274 (+33);
- special equipment - 3,979 (+0).
It should be noted that the full-scale war in Ukraine has entered its 1,316th day.
During military operations in Ukraine until October 1, 2025, Russia has suffered significant losses, including more than a million personnel and a substantial amount of equipment. These figures confirm the difficult situation for Russian troops in the ongoing conflict with Ukraine, which has lasted for many years.
