According to glavcom.ua: "Every day at 9:00 AM, Kyiv residents honor the memory of the heroes of the war in Eastern Ukraine at the monument to the fallen near the Cabinet of Ministers building. Today, we have the honor to remember Oleg Hegechkori, Hero of Ukraine," said Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko.
