As of 12:30, there is no official information from 'Ukrzaliznytsia' regarding the reasons for the failure. It is unknown whether this is the result of a technical malfunction or a possible cyber attack.

Passengers who need to purchase tickets or confirm their trips should contact the physical ticket offices at the train stations. It is also currently impossible to buy tickets via online banking.

As of 12:55, representatives of 'Ukrzaliznytsia' reported the reasons for the failure.

It is worth noting that due to shelling of the railway infrastructure in the Chernihiv region, trains in the Sumy direction will arrive in Sumy with delays, already after the start of the curfew. This was reported by Ukrzaliznytsia, as stated by 'Hlavkom'.

“Repair work on the Nizhyn direction has been completed, voltage has been supplied, and our backup locomotives are heading for rest,” the message says.
