10 employees of the DTEK company were awarded state honors by President Volodymyr Zelensky. This information was published on the President's website.

Oleksandr Seredenko, Maksym Tanitovskyi, Serhii Vorovchenko, Rudolf Hart, Roman Horbatiuk, Viacheslav DihTyary, Oleksandr Nechytailo, Andrii Stupnytskyi, Valentyn Chubuk, and Vadym Chuchman were awarded for restoring energy facilities after Russian attacks and for eliminating the consequences of shelling.

«Today is not Energy Workers' Day, but due to the attacks we are experiencing, and what the enemy is doing to the energy sector of our state, we can say that every day is Energy Workers' Day. But today is not a holiday; it is work, and I really wanted to personally congratulate you. You are doing incredible things», – Zelensky emphasized.

The importance of the Ukrainian energy sector

The President emphasized that every job and every specialty of the workers in the Ukrainian energy sector is very important. Earlier, seven employees of DTEK of Rinat Akhmetov received certificates from the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for their contribution to the development of the coal industry, many years of honest work, and high professionalism.

Zelensky urged respecting the work of energy workers who provide light and heat, despite all challenges.

Employees of the DTEK company were awarded honors from the President of Ukraine for restoring energy facilities after attacks and for eliminating the consequences of shelling. This recognition highlights the important role of energy workers in providing electricity for the country, especially in the context of military conflict.
