According to hvylya.net: On Thursday, October 24, a change in weather is expected in Ukraine due to an atmospheric front. Rain of varying intensity and noticeable warming are forecasted across the country. This was reported by the press service of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center.

According to forecasters, rain is expected at night in the extreme west of the country. During the day, moderate precipitation will occur in the Right Bank, while in Transcarpathia, Precarpathia, Zhytomyr, Vinnytsia, and Odesa regions, significant rain is possible in places. In most southern regions, thunderstorms are not ruled out during the day. On the rest of the territory, there will be mostly no precipitation.

The southeast wind will blow at a speed of 7-12 m/s. During the day in the Right Bank, gusts of 15-20 m/s are expected, while in the Carpathians, up to 25 m/s.

Meanwhile, warming will be noted across the entire territory of Ukraine, although gusty winds may create discomfort. At night, the temperature will be +6...+11 degrees, in the east and in the Sumy region - +1...+6 degrees. During the day, the air will warm up to +11...+16 degrees, in the southern part of the country the temperature will rise to +19 degrees. In the Carpathians - rain, the temperature at night and during the day +4...+9 degrees.

Weather in Kyiv and Kyiv region

The territory of Kyiv and the capital is expected to have cloudy weather with rain, but without significant precipitation. The main negative aspect is the southeast wind with a speed of 7-12 m/s, which will intensify during the day with gusts of 15-20 m/s.

The temperature regime will remain quite moderate: at night closer to +6...+11 degrees in the region, in Kyiv - up to +8...+10 degrees. During the day, warming is expected to +11...+16 degrees in the region and to +13...+15 degrees in the capital.

The Hydrometeorological Center announced a level I danger (yellow) due to expected gusts of wind of 15-20 m/s in the afternoon of October 24.

Possible consequences include:

• Complications in the operation of energy companies
• Problems with municipal services
• Challenges at construction sites
• Deterioration of traffic conditions

Residents of Kyiv region are advised to be cautious, it may be better to refrain from travel in bad weather and to avoid being near advertising structures and trees. It should be noted that earlier there were already mentions of warming in Ukraine, but with some nuances.
