55 thousand military transfers through 'Army+': how digital rotation works
Effectiveness of digital solutions in the military sector
Since the launch of the reporting function for changing the place of service in the 'Army+' application, 55,000 transfers of servicemen have been approved. This figure indicates the effectiveness of digital solutions in the military sector and their positive impact on the lives of servicemen defending Ukraine.
The process of transferring military personnel was implemented in stages. Initially, changes in the place of service were carried out within the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) and the National Guard of Ukraine (NGU), and later also between these structures. The 'Army+' application introduced tips regarding the necessary documents, simplifying the transfer procedure. An automatic data relevance check has also been implemented to increase the reliability of the process. In addition, a special page with recommendations for changing the place of service is available to servicemen, helping them navigate all stages of the procedure.
Control and impact of digitalization
The control over the execution of transfer orders is carried out by the Main Department for the Protection of the Rights of Servicemen. The Prime Minister of Ukraine, Denys Shmyhal, noted:
'55 thousand approved transfers is proof that digital solutions really change the army and work in the interests of the people defending Ukraine.' Denys Shmyhal
Such achievements indicate that the implementation of modern technologies in the military sphere contributes to more effective management and improved service conditions for servicemen.
Digitalization of processes in the military sphere, especially through the 'Army+' application, demonstrates the capabilities of modern technologies in improving management practices and enhancing the quality of life for servicemen. The increase in the number of transfers indicates the relevance and necessity of such innovations that not only simplify administrative procedures but also raise the overall level of satisfaction among military personnel. This can positively affect motivation and combat readiness of the army as a whole.
