In Poland, the e-Doręczenia system has been launched — a digital equivalent of official letters that allows you to receive and send correspondence to government institutions online. Starting from January 1, 2025, public bodies, enterprises, and a number of professions will be required to switch to electronic format. This significantly simplifies communication for Ukrainians who often change their place of residence. This is reported by “InPoland”.

To receive official notifications online, you need to create your ADE email inbox. This is done on the gov.pl website. After registration, the system ensures the delivery of documents regardless of whether you have changed your address or moved to another city. Benefits of the service:

  • receiving official documents without visiting the post office

  • ability to send applications or requests online

  • access to notifications from anywhere in the world

  • legally confirmed delivery and receipt, equivalent to a registered letter.

You can activate the inbox through your e-ID profile, trusted profile, or other identification means.
