According to Главком: During the Security Architecture Forum, the head of the President’s Office, Kyrylo Budanov, responded to journalists’ questions about a notebook titled 'List of A**holes-2026.' He confessed that he does not maintain a list of good people, stating:

'You can’t become famous for good deeds. Honestly, I haven’t started a good list. That’s a good idea-maybe I’ll work on it.'

When asked whether President Volodymyr Zelenskyy might appear on such a hypothetical list of good people, Budanov replied with a rhetorical question:

'Well, how could it be otherwise?'
