According to the investigation, a Ukrainian named Serhiy Kuznetsov allegedly led the sabotage group that detonated the gas pipelines. He is suspected of "anti-constitutional sabotage", "deliberate causing of an explosion", and "destruction of buildings". As reported by Tagesschau, this is mentioned referencing the arrest warrant.
