According to hvylya.net: Pensioners who are abroad need to undergo physical identification by the end of the year – this is required by the Law on Compulsory State Pension Insurance. This was explained by the Press Service of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
According to the legislation, pensioners living abroad receive their pensions to accounts in Ukrainian banks, but only if they undergo physical identification by December 31 of the current year.
A deadline until November 1, 2025, has also been established for the identification of recipients of other state payments, besides pensions.
It was previously announced that some Ukrainians may face potential denial of assistance.
The Pension Fund clarified to Ukrainians that pensioners temporarily residing abroad must undergo physical identification by the end of the current year. Failure to meet this requirement may complicate their receipt of pension payments.
