Yulia Sviridenko reported on 100 days in office as Prime Minister of Ukraine to the president. What she and her team achieved, she communicated on Facebook.

Increasing Income and Supporting People

A budget-2026 project has been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada, which includes:

  • increasing salaries for teachers and doctors;

  • funding school meals in all regions;

  • launching medical check-ups for Ukrainians aged 40 and above.

Teachers' salaries have already been increased since September 1 - 409 thousand educators received bonuses. The government is also expanding the online platform 'Mriya,' which is used by 20% of schools.

Defense, Veterans, Social Support

The Defence City mode has been launched for weapons manufacturers, as well as digital accounting for military personnel 'Impulse' and e-TCC services. Veterans have gained access to the VETERAN PRO platform.Social programs have covered:

  • 187 thousand families - through the 'Schoolchild Package';

  • foster families - through increased payments;

  • orphaned children - through the new service 'Family Home'.

Recovery, Infrastructure, Economy

  • A new water supply has been built in Mykolaiv, which has provided stable water to 500 thousand people. The first Eurotrain route from Uzhhorod to Bratislava, Vienna, and Budapest has been opened.

  • Within the 'eRecovery' program, 15 thousand families can restore housing, and 'eShelter' has issued over 2,600 loans totaling 4.95 billion UAH.

  • The investment recovery fund from the USA has already received the first $150 million, and the state has collected 3 billion UAH from privatization.

Business, Digitalization, and Culture

  • More than 10 thousand entrepreneurs received grants or loans under the 'Made in Ukraine' program.

  • Digitalization includes the launch of e-Excise, e-Notary, electronic document circulation in courts, e-Permits, and e-Marriages.

  • In the cultural sphere, the Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Fund has been established together with the Aliph fund, and a grant program for creative industries has been launched with funding of up to 1 million UAH.

The president has already set new tasks for the government. Sviridenko's team promises to maintain the pace and continue the course towards economic development and the recovery of the country.
