Strike on the Crimea Titan Facility
According to ХВИЛЯ: On the night of June 13, drones operated by the Unmanned Systems Forces targeted the Crimea Titan plant in Armyansk, located on the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula. The attack ignited a fire at the site and halted production. Commander Robert "Madyar" Brovdi of the Unmanned Systems Forces confirmed the strike, describing it as a 'courtesy visit.'
Strategic Importance of the Plant
This facility is Eastern Europe's largest producer of titanium dioxide and is controlled by the Russian Titan company, which took over the asset after Crimea's occupation. The plant manufactures essential raw materials used in gunpowder, rocket fuel, and explosives.
Objective monitoring has verified the damage, with eyewitness reports indicating approximately 23 hits. Workshops were affected, and personnel were evacuated.
'The fire is raging. Production has been suspended,' Brovdi stated.
He added: 'There’s more to come. Crimea has never been yours.'
