The queue for trucks: updated rules will start on November 24

Starting from 9:00 on November 24, new queuing rules for trucks will come into effect. This is aimed at ensuring predictable movement, avoiding sudden stops or accelerations in the online queue. The latter has become relevant due to the large number of changes and cancellations in the queue by users, especially before the weekends.

What exactly will change starting from November 24?

  • Limit on queue extensions: Now, any truck can only change its arrival time at the border once every 60 days. The duration of the extension (4, 6, 8, or 10 hours) remains unchanged. This will prevent situations where the extension time was used to find a convenient moment or to delay crossing the border. It's important to remember that if a user replaces the tractor during one queue and uses the extension for both vehicles, it will be counted as an extension for each separately. The next opportunity for transfer will only come after 60 days.
  • Responsibility for systematic violations: It will be impossible to create a new queue for a truck (tractor) for 14 days in case of systematic violations such as: canceling a queue twice in a row while in 'entry to the checkpoint' status, not arriving at the checkpoint twice in a row, canceling the queue twice within 30 days of the queue on the day before entry. Information about violations will be displayed in the user's cabinet in the queue.

What problem do the new rules solve

Previously, the system registered 'for reserve', frequent cancellations and extensions, absence at the border, sudden changes in the queue before weekends. This complicated the queue and harmed honest carriers. The new rules address these issues and aim to ensure the predictability of the queue.
