Ukrainian candidates in 2025 most often chose jobs in warehouses and logistics centers in Poland. Internal analytics from Inkorr shows that this direction remains the most stable and accounts for nearly half of all feedback from Ukrainians.

Demand in Poland: which vacancies are chosen by Ukrainians

Logistics centers with vacancies for packers and sorters collected about 49% of all candidates. Other popular areas look like this:

  1. agricultural sector and food processing — 11.2%;

  2. unskilled industry — 9.96%;

  3. technical unskilled jobs — 9.5%;

  4. meat and fish processing — 9.47%.

The structure of demand in 2025 has changed little: warehouses, food industry, and seasonal pre-holiday jobs remain leaders. Ukrainians are also actively responding to vacancies in construction, where there is an increasing need for bricklayers, tilers, plasterers, and installers.

The Polish labor market continues to face a shortage of labor in meat processing and the food industry, as well as in transport — especially truck and bus drivers.

Technical specialists and managerial staff: requirements and opportunities

The demand for technical workers remains stable: forklift drivers, fitters, welders. These areas are practically unresponsive to seasonality, and employers expect candidates to have confirmed skills and adhere to safety standards.

The situation was explained by employment consultant Vitaliy Serhiyovych Belenets.

«The demand for warehouse and logistics vacancies is consistently high because this is a niche with predictable conditions and quick hiring. For Ukrainians, this is the easiest way to legally settle in Poland without high language requirements. There remains demand for technical specialties — where employers are ready to invest in long-term employment», — said the expert.
