Scheduled Maintenance for 'Oberih' and Updates to Mobilization Rules
Scheduled System Maintenance for the 'Oberih' Registry
According to Главком: The 'Oberih' registry will undergo planned technical maintenance from 9:00 PM on March 20 until 9:00 AM on March 21. During this period, users of the 'Reserve+' application will be unable to access services or update their 'Reserve ID'. Normal system operations are scheduled to resume at 9:00 AM on March 21.
Broadening the Criteria for Critical Enterprises
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is expanding the criteria used to identify enterprises, institutions, and organizations deemed critically important for meeting the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). This move aims to enhance the efficiency of resource mobilization under current conditions. These digital systems are central to Ukraine's military administration and civilian coordination efforts.
Furthermore, the Verkhovna Rada is preparing further legislative amendments concerning mobilization and military service. As of March 2026, the priority remains combating draft evasion and cases of soldiers leaving their units without authorization. Concurrently, the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine continues to expand the list of mobilization deferrals that can be processed directly through the 'Reserve+' app.
The Ministry of Defence reminds users: 'To ensure your electronic military registration document is always accessible, download a PDF copy in advance. On the app's main screen, tap the plus sign and select 'Download PDF'.'
The scheduled maintenance for the 'Oberih' registry highlights the ongoing need to refine the electronic systems that connect military and civilian structures. The expansion of criteria for critical enterprises points to the growing demand for mobilizing resources to support the AFU amidst ongoing military challenges. The legislative initiative to strengthen mobilization laws is also significant, as it could lead to a reduction in draft evasion and a more effective organization of military service.
As the government streamlines the mobilization process, the recent addition of new defense contractors to the list of critical industries underscores the urgency of supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This update not only reflects the evolving landscape of military needs but also emphasizes the importance of integrating various sectors to enhance resource mobilization efforts.
