Yellow and orange danger levels announced in Ukraine: where to expect frosts

According to hvylya.net: Today, October 3, the weather in Ukraine will be determined by areas of high atmospheric pressure and a cool moist air mass. No precipitation is expected across the country, but the sun will occasionally break through the clouds, except in the Carpathians, where light rain and wet snow are possible at night.

In the western and northern regions, fog is possible at night and in the morning. The wind will blow from the east and northeast at a speed of 7-12 meters per second. In the south and southeast of the country, wind gusts of up to 15-20 meters per second are expected.

The air temperature will depend on the region. In the western and northern areas, it will be 1-6°C at night and 8-13°C during the day. In the rest of the territory, temperatures will range from 4 to 9°C at night and from 14 to 19°C during the day. In the highlands of the Carpathians, temperatures will range from -2°C to 3°C.

Meteorologists warn of ground frosts in the western and northern regions, as well as in the Volyn, Rivne, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Zhytomyr regions, where temperatures may drop to 0-3°C.

The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center forecasts cool and dry weather for October 3. Air temperatures will be relatively low but quite comfortable for this time of year, although there is a possibility of frosts in some regions of the country.
