Drone Attack on Kursk Region: Over 16 Thousand Consumers Left without Power

An accident at the energy substation in the city of Rylsk, Kursk region, occurred after the strike of four drones, as reported by the region's governor. This incident caused a power outage for more than 16 thousand consumers in several districts.

According to Russian official Khinshtein, as a result of this incident, the power supply was disconnected for residents of Rylsky, Glushkovsky, and Korenovsky districts.

The governor emphasized that energy crews are already actively working to restore power. This is not the first case of attacks on electrical networks in occupied territories; similar incidents have previously occurred in Alchevsk and Zheleznogorsk. But this time it happened on Russian territory, which is additional confirmation of violence in this region.

Corruption and military conflicts lead to the destruction of energy infrastructure, significantly affecting the peaceful lives of local residents and exacerbating tensions in relations between countries and regions.
