The veteran from Lviv region, Nikolai Shot, lost his arms and legs in the war. He participated in combat actions from the first day of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. During his service, he received several serious wounds, but he did not give up and returned to combat actions. The most difficult days for him were February 13-14, 2024, when he lost both arms and legs as a result of shelling. Even after the amputations, he returned to an active life, as reported by 'Glavkom' based on information from 'Radio Free Europe'.
