According to hvylya.net: Israel began preparations for an operation against Iran in 2010 when it received information about the accelerated development of Tehran's nuclear program. Israeli agents monitored strategic sites in Iran through a network of informants for years, allowing them to precisely target key facilities of the Iranian nuclear program. Among the destroyed targets were research centers and laboratories, military sites, and other industrial facilities.

For ten years, Israeli intelligence has secretly gathered information on Iran's missile and nuclear programs in preparation for large-scale strikes that were launched in June this year. This was reported by the British publication The Times, citing a leak of classified intelligence documents that were shared with Western allies, including the US and the UK.

The documents also revealed that Iran had made significant progress in its nuclear program by the end of 2024, moving from the research stage to developing advanced explosive systems. Furthermore, the country was considering the possibility of producing up to 1000 ground-to-ground missiles per year to have a reserve of 8000 missiles.

Reports of Israeli intelligence preparations for attacks on Iran's missile and nuclear programs escalate tensions in the region and increase frictions between the two countries. In light of such intelligence revelations, relations between Israel and Iran could become even more strained, potentially negatively affecting the entire Middle East.
