Preferential pension from 55 years old: who from the villagers will soon retire

There is good news for all rural residents of Ukraine! According to the legislation of the country, they have the right to certain benefits. Thus, the standard retirement age in Ukraine is 60 years, but there are exceptions for those who live in villages and work in the agricultural sector.

Therefore, under the new law, agricultural workers can retire from the age of 55 if they have the required work experience. Certain conditions are also provided for various categories of citizens regarding this law.

Especially important for rural pensioners is the benefit of being exempt from paying utility bills. Such news will undoubtedly bring additional comfort and support to many village residents in their old age.

According to this law, workers in the agricultural sector can retire from the age of 55 if they have the required work experience. Additionally, some conditions are provided for certain categories of citizens introduced by this law. For some groups of citizens, in particular male tractor drivers, female machine operators, and others, conditions of experience and holding certain positions have been established.
