Plan for Reviewing the Gaza Strip Regime

The US administration is considering a plan for managing the post-war Gaza Strip, which includes control over the territory by the United States, resettlement of Palestinians, and tourism development. According to information from The Washington Post, this plan involves managing the enclave for at least 10 years, transforming it into a tourist resort and production center.

According to a 38-page document, the US will govern Gaza for at least 10 years, turning it into a tourist resort and manufacturing hub. The plan also includes the temporary relocation of a two-million strong population: Palestinians will either 'voluntarily' move to other countries or be placed in closed 'humanitarian transit zones' within the enclave.

Each landowner will receive a 'digital token' for rebuilding their house, as well as 5 thousand dollars in cash, rental subsidies for 4 years, and annual food provisions. This project, developed by the Gaza Humanitarian Aid Fund (GHF), is called the 'Gaza Reconstruction, Economic Acceleration, and Transformation Fund' (Great Trust).

Plans for Gaza Announced by Israel

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu confirmed the IDF's plans to take control of the entire Gaza Strip but denied discussions about a long-term occupation of the enclave. According to him, the goal is to eliminate the Hamas group and hand over the enclave to Arab administration.

It has been reported that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu presented a plan based on five key principles that he believes should lead to the end of the war in Gaza and guarantee the country's security. Earlier, it became known that the Israeli army plans to move civilians from northern Gaza to the south of the enclave ahead of a large-scale offensive.

Large-Scale Protest in Israel

On August 17, a large strike and blockade took place in Israel, initiated by the Forum of Families of Hostages. Approximately 100 thousand people joined the protests demanding the return of the captives. The movement was supported by various organizations, including the municipalities of Tel Aviv and Haifa, as well as leading universities in the country.

Governance of the Gaza Strip may undergo significant changes, ranging from transformation into a tourist resort under US leadership to Israel's plans to take control of the enclave. These movements have sparked active protests in Israel and widespread discussion on the international stage. The situation remains dynamic, and further developments will reflect trends in the region and impact the local population.
