The government is changing the work of CNAPs: what services are now available with one click

The Government of Ukraine has approved new principles for the operation of CNAPs

According to hvylya.net: From now on, Ukrainians have the opportunity to receive tax and pension services directly at CNAPs, making the process of obtaining services more convenient and faster. This information was published by the official Telegram channel of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine.

The Government of Ukraine has approved a resolution that fundamentally changes the principles of operation of administrative service centers throughout the country.

The innovation provides for the distribution of administrative services among CNAPs depending on their location and technical support. Citizens will be able to obtain the necessary services in one visit, gaining access to information about all services on the State Services Guide.

Clear distribution of services among CNAPs

Together with representatives of the centers and regional administrations, a list of services has been formed, which takes into account the needs of residents of all regions. The resolution stipulates mandatory services for CNAPs, taking into account their peculiarities and location.

Centers in safe locations will provide 360 services, and with special equipment, an additional 13 services. In frontline regions, CNAPs will provide 245 services, while territorial units will provide 118 services.

After the approval of new principles for the operation of CNAPs by the Government of Ukraine, citizens have received a convenient opportunity to obtain various administrative services directly at the centers for the provision of administrative services.
