450 Ukrainian officials to be trained in the EU: what the Polish project will change
The implementation of the project 'Accelerating the Development of Ukraine's Regional Policy with the Help of Poland' is moving to the second stage, with the start of 10 online seminars of 3 hours each. 450 officials and civil servants from various levels have registered for the training.
The first seminar is dedicated to the structure of the European Union, national representations, and the legal aspects of the functioning of the EU. Participants in the following sessions will learn about the organizational structure and legal mechanisms of the EU, cohesion policy tools, as well as the main EU funds, including FEnIKS.
'This course will help participants understand the role of regions in the implementation of operational programs, financial flows between the EU, member states, and regional authorities, and other important aspects,' emphasized the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine.
As part of the project on the development of Ukraine's regional policy, online seminars have begun with specialists for officials and civil servants from central and local levels. The seminars will cover key aspects of regional policy development, taking into account the best European practices.
