In Poland, a 17-year-old citizen of Ukraine was detained on suspicion of committing sabotage at the request of Russian intelligence services. Interior Minister Tomasz Semonjak reported that the detention was carried out in conjunction with the police. The suspect damaged monuments to the victims of the UPA and made anti-Polish graffiti aimed at creating tension between Poles and Ukrainians.Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk also commented on the detention, noting that Russian intelligence services are actively recruiting Ukrainian citizens to destabilize the situation in Poland.
