The right of pensioners to work and receive a pension

Ukrainian pensioners can receive a pension while continuing to work without a reduction in the amount of payments. Every two years, the pension amount is recalculated based on the new salary level and insurance experience.

Pension for length of service and other rules

In the case of a pension for length of service, when a person continues to work, payments are suspended and resumed after the work ends.

Employment of pensioners in public office is possible up to the age of 70 with the consent of the institution. Registration of pensioners with the employment service is possible, but unemployment benefits are not provided for them.
