According to hvylya.net: The Russian government has decided to extend the ban on gasoline exports due to a fuel crisis caused by Ukrainian drone attacks on oil refineries. According to the directive, a full ban on fuel exports will apply to all market participants, and restrictions have been extended for various business entities for different periods.

As a result of a series of Ukrainian drone attacks on 10 large Russian oil refineries in the summer, Russia lost about 17% of its refining capacity. This has led to a sharp fuel shortage and record gasoline prices. The deficit is most acutely felt in some regions, where sales restrictions on fuel have already been imposed.

Thus, the Russian government has decided to continue the ban on gasoline exports due to the fuel crisis arising from drone attacks and issues with oil refining. This could lead to further price increases due to a lack in the markets, and adversely affect the country's economy.
