Russia struck Odesa at night: part of the city left without electricity
The Russian occupiers struck Odesa on the night of October 11, firing at the city's critical infrastructure. Media reports indicate failures in electricity supply and power outages for some residents.
Prior to the attack on Odesa, terrorists from the Russian Federation struck a vehicle of the 'Chernihivoblenergo' company, resulting in one death and several injuries. Recently, energy workers managed to restore electricity supply on the northern bank of Kyiv after a similar shelling.
According to President Volodymyr Zelensky, during the night, the Russian Federation launched an attack on the Ukrainian energy system using over 450 drones and more than three dozen missiles.
In an attempt to worsen the situation in Ukraine, the Russian occupiers continue to carry out aggressive actions, interfering in various aspects of the lives of the peaceful population. The President of Ukraine stated the necessity of international cooperation to deter Russian aggression and defend state sovereignty.
