Today, September 1, the presentation of the AI Assistant Diia.AI took place on the Diia portal. This was reported by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky after his meeting with the Diia team on his Telegram channel announced.

According to the head of state, Diia.AI is "one of the first AI assistants in the world that can quickly find the needed service, verify information from registers, or order a certificate of income".

"We presented new changes that will really help and be useful to our people. These are public services, an increase in the number of Ukrainian schools that will start the new academic year with the 'Dream' program, new social and veteran services, electronic court, testing of 5G coverage, support for Ukrainian manufacturers in the defense tech sector", wrote Zelensky.

The President noted that it is now important to scale the system of electronic services and work on improving the efficiency of existing projects.

"Ukraine remains a modern state that creates new things and makes life easier for our people", the president added.

Earlier, it was reported that six new services are being prepared for launch in the Diia mobile app, which promise to make the life of every Ukrainian better.

In particular, one of the services will be a basic social assistance, which will combine all social payments into one. Users will also have the opportunity to use an AI assistant that will help them interact with the Diia app and find necessary services.

Initially, they will launch beta testing of the ability to obtain a certificate of income through the AI assistant, and later they will start providing basic social assistance.

It is also planned to launch e-notary services, which will allow obtaining notarial services online, simplifying the process and reducing its cost.

In addition, the creation of the online service 'Path of the Wounded' for servicemen and their families is planned, which will simplify their interaction with state authorities and avoid unnecessary procedures.
