US Support for Ensuring a Ceasefire in Ukraine

According to Главком: The United States of America will provide support to ensure a ceasefire in Ukraine through intelligence and logistics, which will be implemented under the leadership of Europe and the USA. For this purpose, a monitoring and verification mechanism for the ceasefire will be established in Ukraine, coordinated by American specialists.

The meeting of the 'coalition of the willing' took place on January 6, 2023, in Paris, where the details of the implementation of this mechanism were discussed. The involvement of the USA involves the use of American capabilities, including intelligence data and logistical resources, which are expected to promote effective security in the region.

Special Commission and Security Guarantees

A special commission has been created to address violations of the ceasefire regime, which will also determine responsibility for these violations. As experts note,

“these measures to ensure security must be strictly adhered to at Ukraine's request after a reliable ceasefire is established”

. Coordinated military planning will be conducted to prepare measures for ensuring security in the air, at sea, and on land. This mechanism aims to reduce the escalation of the conflict and create conditions for stable peace in Ukraine.

The proposed US support in implementing the monitoring mechanism for the ceasefire in Ukraine indicates an increasing international focus on the conflict. The involvement of American specialists and resources can significantly enhance efforts to ensure security and stability in the region, especially in the context of ongoing hostilities. The establishment of a commission to address violations of the ceasefire regime also indicates the intentions of the international community to provide a more systematic approach to conflict resolution.
