Ex-footballer Aliyev deprived of rights for drunk driving: court decision

Oleksandr Aliyev, former footballer of Dynamo and the Ukrainian national team, received a fine and a ban on driving. He was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol on Chokolivskyi Boulevard in Kyiv. The police stopped him and drew up a report for violating traffic rules. The court recognized the actions of the law enforcement officers as lawful, but Aliyev denies his guilt.All these events led to Oleksandr Aliyev being fined and banned from driving for a year. He was also issued a report for petty hooliganism, but this case was closed due to the expiration of the terms for imposing an administrative penalty. Aliyev has the opportunity to appeal the court's decision within 10 days; otherwise, he must comply with all imposed restrictions.
