Fire at the Hotel in Chernivtsi: over 200 square meters engulfed by flames

According to glavcom.ua: In Chernivtsi, in the very center of the city, a fire broke out at the Victoria Deluxe hotel. Initially, the fire engulfed the utility building and warehouse, and then spread to the hotel wall. Fortunately, no one was injured.

According to Myroslava Ivanchuk, head of the press service of the regional State Emergency Service, the fire has been localized, and rescuers are currently conducting reconnaissance at the scene. The preliminary area of the fire is about 200 square meters.

Events in Lviv

In Lviv, on August 4, the 'Vlast' hotel on Kleparivska Street became the site of a fire that injured six people. The cause of the fire was an explosion of an electric scooter battery.

The fire broke out on the eighth and ninth floors of a twelve-story building and covered an area of 300 square meters, destroying the shared corridor and entrances to 23 rooms.

No one was injured in either hotel incidents. Clearly, in Chernivtsi and Lviv, rescuers dealt with the danger timely and professionally.
