The government will allocate 4 billion for Ukrainian content: what will be created for children

According to hvylya.net: The state budget for the next year includes expenses for the production of Ukrainian content for various age groups, with a particular focus on programs for children and teenagers. This was reported by the press service of the Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

'As part of the program '1000 hours of Ukrainian content' of the President of Ukraine, funds will be allocated from the state budget for the creation of Ukrainian content for different age groups. A sum of 4 billion hryvnias is proposed for these purposes. This is a significant amount of money that will present serious challenges for the industry. It concerns diverse content - from feature films to cartoons and YouTube videos,' noted MP Yevhenia Kravchuk.

According to her, special attention will be paid to content for children, for which the state takes full responsibility, covering all expenses without the involvement of producers. The MP emphasized that young people consume content in various ways, primarily in the form of videos on YouTube and short clips on social media, so it is important to create an interesting and useful product. Additionally, the idea of adding translations of popular games into Ukrainian to the list of financially supported content was proposed.
