MamaRika's Plight in Dubai

According to Главком: Ukrainian singer MamaRika and her son were in Dubai when Iran launched its attack. The subsequent military actions led to the closure of the United Arab Emirates' (UAE) airspace, preventing her from returning to Ukraine. Loud explosions were heard in Abu Dhabi and Dubai on February 28, causing significant alarm among residents and tourists.

MamaRika confirmed that she and her child are now stranded. The singer stated:

'My son and I are stuck in Dubai! There are constant attacks here, and there are almost no shelters. I brought my child here for the first vacation in three years to get away from the explosions, and they have caught up with us even here.' - MamaRika

She emphasized that at home in Ukraine, despite the difficult situation, they feel significantly safer because they have confidence in their defenders and the air defense system.

Airspace Closure and Its Consequences

The singer also expressed deep concern over the closed airspace:

'The worst part is that the entire airspace is closed; it's simply impossible to leave. I think you already know this, as all the news is buzzing about it.' - MamaRika

MamaRika added that she will keep everyone informed as soon as there is news about a possible return. 'Unfortunately, this world has gone mad, and there is no safe place where our children can be in peace and quiet for even a little while,' she noted. This incident highlights the far-reaching impact of regional conflicts on civilians abroad.

The situation for MamaRika and other tourists in Dubai remains tense, with ongoing uncertainty and regional safety concerns. The closure of airspace creates significant difficulties for tourists and residents caught in dangerous circumstances, underscoring the challenges nations face in ensuring citizen safety during international emergencies.
