Ukrainians will soon have the opportunity to use the new online service 'Obriy', which will facilitate access to state services in the field of employment and retraining. This service will be integrated into the well-known 'Diya' app to ensure convenient access for citizens to the necessary services.

According to the Ministry of Digital Transformation, the 'Obriy' service will allow people to obtain unemployment status, receive assistance, legally resign in any region of Ukraine, including temporarily occupied territories, and receive grants for training and qualification confirmation.

'Obriy will combine data from government agencies, educational institutions, and local authorities, ensuring automatic verification through the Pension Fund, the State Employment Center, and other registries,' said the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

In future updates, the 'Obriy' platform will use artificial intelligence to provide professional advice, recommendations for courses and professions, as well as to analyze the labor market and forecast demand for specialists.

The new 'Obriy' system is designed for citizens affected by the conflict, those planning to change professions, or confirm their qualifications. This will contribute to a more efficient employment process and support people in their search for new jobs.
