The labor market in Ukraine: where incomes are rising the fastest
Overall, the research shows that the highest rates of income growth are currently observed in trade, manual specialties, medicine, technical, and creative professions. In several vacancies, incomes have increased more than twofold, and in some cases almost fourfold.
Let us remind you that manual specialties in Ukraine are increasingly in high demand – and this is reflected in their salaries. Painters, plumbers, tilers, and other skilled workers earn significantly more than the national average. The shortage of personnel in these fields has arisen due to mobilization into the army, aging workers, and the reluctance of young people to choose these professions.
