According to hvylya.net: From November 1, over 600 thousand Ukrainians will receive automatic deferments, announced the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko. The new deferment rules will come into effect from the beginning of November 2025.

The changes in deferments provide for automatic extensions without the participation of citizens, the ability to process documents electronically, and the acceptance of applications in administrative service centers (ASC). This will allow avoiding visits to institutions, standing in queues, and collecting paper certificates.

• About 80% of deferments can be processed online through the 'Reserve+' system, the rest - in any ASC.
• Instead of paper documents with seals, an electronic military accounting document with a QR code will be used.

The Prime Minister emphasized that this is an important step in creating the 'e-TCK' system, a digital platform that aims to move most military accounting services online.

Ukrainian authorities announced automatic extensions of mobilization deferments for over 600 thousand citizens starting from the beginning of November 2025. This is an important initiative that simplifies the process of obtaining military registration through an online system, allowing for the avoidance of unnecessary concerns and queues in institutions.
