According to Главком: The High Anti-Corruption Court has scheduled a hearing for the civil forfeiture case against Volodymyr Nesen, a deputy of the Slavutsk City Council in the Khmelnytskyi region. The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (SAPO) is seeking to recover assets valued at over UAH 8.2 million for the state. The hearing is set for April 13, 2026, at 3:00 PM. SAPO filed a lawsuit against Deputy Nesen demanding the confiscation of assets, including UAH 500,000 in proceeds from the sale of a car. - A share in an apartment with a total area of 168.6 sq. m., valued at UAH 2.58 million;
- A share in a 2022 Porsche Cayenne vehicle, valued at UAH 2.32 million;
- A share in the charter capital of LLC Mirater, valued at UAH 3.13 million.
