Zelensky prepares a reboot of the Office of the President and negotiations with the USA regarding a peace agreement
President Volodymyr Zelensky stated in his video address to the people about a large-scale reboot of power and confirmed the preparations for key negotiations with the United States regarding the terms of fair peace for Ukraine.
According to the head of state, in just the last few days he has had about twenty conversations with international partners who express support and highly appreciate Ukraine's ability to hold the defense and diplomatic front under unprecedented pressure.
Reboot of the Presidential Office: Ermak resigned
Zelensky confirmed that the head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Ermak, has submitted a resignation letter. The President thanked him for his work in negotiations and emphasized the need to remove space for speculation.
Tomorrow, Zelensky will hold consultations on the candidacy of a new head of the Office of the President. The negotiating group in the USA will include the Chief of the General Staff, representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, and the Ukrainian intelligence services.
Key internal decisions announced by the president

formation of a negotiating delegation for a meeting with the USA;

evaluation of the performance of all ministers and searching for candidates for the positions of heads of the Ministry of Energy and the Ministry of Justice;

instruction to the SBU to analyze the situation in the regions and in law enforcement agencies;

preparation of decisions by the General Staff regarding the redistribution of personnel among brigades.
The president particularly emphasized that Ukraine must remain internally united, as any mistakes or conflicts could weaken the state's positions during negotiations and in the war. Zelensky stressed:
“There will be no mistakes on our part. We must hold on. There will be no other Ukraine for us”.
Earlier, we reported that President Volodymyr Zelensky held a meeting of the Staff on November 26, during which they discussed key defense and military support directions. The main topic of the meeting was air defense, particularly the need to increase the production of interceptors and air defense systems.
