Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated 181 sq. km in Donbas: new details of the counteroffensive

The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrskyi, reported that during the Dobropillia counteroffensive operation, 180.8 sq. km of Ukrainian territory was liberated. He held a meeting with the command staff where they discussed the current situation and the execution of tasks. He also communicated with the commanders of the units involved in counter-diversion operations. Despite the enemy, Ukrainian troops continue their offensive operations and have already liberated a large area from the occupiers.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky also confirmed the success of the operation and emphasized that key combat actions are taking place in the directions of Pokrovsk and Dobropillia. The next major challenge after these directions will be Novopavlivskyi.
