Emergency 112 Service Inundated with Calls

If mobile networks are down, people can connect to Wi-Fi and use the '112 Ukraine' mobile application to request help. This service is a vital lifeline for many as winter conditions worsen.

'We are working and doing everything possible to maintain communication,' said Igor Klymenko, a service representative. 'We not only provide help but also follow up to check that repair crews have been dispatched and that people have received the assistance they need.'

The 112 service continues its operations around the clock, ensuring rapid access to information and aid, which is more critical than ever for the safety and survival of Ukraine's citizens.
