Is it possible to get a reservation without a military ticket

In Ukraine, there is an ongoing discussion about the possibility of obtaining reservation from mobilization without a current military registration document (MRD). Lawyers note that this is indeed possible, but success depends on the workplace and the status of the enterprise. This was stated in the material by the portal “Lawyers.UA”.

Is it possible to be reserved without a military ticket at a state enterprise

A man working at a critical infrastructure enterprise approached lawyers with the question of whether it is possible to obtain a reservation without an MRD. According to lawyer Vladislav Deryi, the key factor is the type of enterprise. 

“It all depends on where you work. At state enterprises, difficulties arise because managers are reluctant to submit for reservation without the appropriate military registration document,” — noted Deryi, responding to the citizen's inquiry. 

Under what conditions is reservation possible without a military ticket

On the other hand, the procedure at private enterprises is simpler. With the status of “military liable” in the application “Reserve+” and absence of search, a reservation can be made through the “DiiA” portal without visiting the TCC. This significantly simplifies the process for employees in the private sector. 

The lawyer emphasized that the correct status in “Reserve+” is crucial to avoid additional checks.

Reservation from mobilization in Ukraine is regulated by legislation that defines the list of critical enterprises whose employees can receive deferment. These include facilities in the energy, transport, medical, and defense industries. The reservation procedure has been implemented to ensure the stable operation of the economy during martial law. However, the absence of an MRD can create obstacles, especially for state institutions where document requirements are stricter.
