Where in Poltava region do civil servants earn the highest salaries
In Poltava region, the highest salaries among public officials are earned by employees of the Poltava Regional Council - almost 48,000 hryvnias per month. The modestest salaries are in the officials of the Krasnoluchka community, where the average income does not even reach 17,000. This was reported by the Poltava Regional Military Administration, which published updated infographics with data for January-October 2025.According to official information, the average salary level of officials in the region is 25,900 hryvnias. However, the difference between individual communities is striking. The top salaries are:
Poltava Regional Council - 47,800 UAH.
Poltava District Council - 39,600 UAH.
Kremenchuk City Council - 36,200 UAH.
Meanwhile, the lowest figures were recorded in:
Krasnoluchka community - 16,900 UAH;
Lohvytsia - 17,400 UAH;
Velykobahachanska - 18,200 UAH.
Such figures indicate that the income level of officials directly depends on the financial capacity of the community and the number of delegated powers. The OVA clarifies that salaries take into account not only salaries but also bonuses, allowances, and other payments.
For comparison, the average salary in the region in August 2025 was 22,512 hryvnias - 458 hryvnias less than in July. This means that officials earn on average twice as much as the average workers in the region.
It was previously reported that in August of this year, salaries of civil servants in Ukraine shocked with their size. According to the Ministry of Finance, the average payment amounted to 61,600 hryvnias, three times exceeding the national average of 19,800 hryvnias according to the Pension Fund.
